Fraser Butchers was established in 1887 and is the oldest established Butcher in Stranraer, a member of Scottish Craft Butcher the Scottish Federation of Meat Traders Association and Licensed Venison Dealer. We are traditional and yet modern approach to Butchery selling wide range of meats varying from beef, lamb, pork, chicken, venison and many more.
Our Beef and Lamb are source from local farm/markets, sent to slaughterhouse4 and then delivered to our shop where our Scottish Craft Butchers/Apprentices bone out beef and lamb on the premises. Most of our beef is 28 days matured.
We make all our high quality products and pies on our premises by our very own crafts Butcher/Apprentices. We believe in keeping our prices competitive and yet producing high quality products.
